Consultation

All potential clients are required to consult prior to retaining. In the consultation, the attorney will go over Washington State law, advise you on what they have seen our local courts do in similar situations, advise you on the next steps you’ll need to take, and discuss potential issues related to your case. At that time you and the attorney will discuss whether our office is a good fit for you and whether we have the ability to take on your case at this time.
